New for 2026: Blood Tests & Analysis
You may have already read on this blog that there’s been a quiet revolution happening with the addition of nutritional advice aimed at maximising the benefits of our hands-on care.
It’s been so good in fact, that we’ve decided to go a bit further down the rabbit hole. We’re adding another level of thoroughness to our offering with the option of comprehensive blood tests.
Symptoms Give Us Clues - But Testing Doesn’t Lie
As practitioners, the clinical picture is king. Rarely does one test result or scan in isolation drive a clinical decision or outcome. It’s why our nutritional interventions have done so much good already - certain groupings of symptoms, taken into account with the history of the problem, can give us clues that help us identify the culprit (or culprits!) responsible for creating a stubborn problem.
However, especially with nutritional considerations, there can often be a large crossover group of symptoms that are vague and difficult to pin to one nutrient, and since many of our patients already have good diets, it can be difficult to pin down the exact problem.
Take patients who have fatigue, widespread pain and brain fog for instance. They could be deficient in iron, Vitamin D or B12 for starters. Our history and exam can help us decide if there might be other causes (pathology, stress, medication effects) but getting the exact nutrient may be a game of test and re-test.
This is where blood testing can be a game changer.
We’ve partnered with Optimal Testing and the Exmouth Health and Travel Clinic to provide our patients with the best possible picture of their metabolic health, and the best recommendations to optimise recovery and longevity. Although we can order virtually any test, our main offerings will be two levels of tests: a basic Keystone Nutrient Test, and an advanced test that will be tailored to your situation.
The Keystone Nutrient Test: Our Foundation Nutritional Blood Panel
This is our entry level nutritional panel. In most cases this will be more than enough to pick up nutritional deficiencies that are contributing to aches and pains or poor recovery. This test is done with a finger-prick home test kit.
-
Many persistent aches or pains that are driven by nutritional factors are related to B12, iron (ferritin) or Vitamin D levels. The full panel includes:

C-Reactive protein (CRP)
Ferritin
Active B12

The Next Level: Advanced Blood Tests For The Complete Picture
We’re also offering more advanced blood tests for analysis, namely our Well Man, Well Woman and Tired All The Time tests. These offer a much more in-depth picture of your overall health and give us unrivalled insight into how your body is working and what we might be able to do to help.
