Below you'll find everything you need to know about using your private health insurance at Pyramid Health.

Cash Plans - Claim Back After Treatment

If you have a cash plan with any of the following providers, you'll pay for your treatment first and then claim the money back from your insurer. We'll provide you with a detailed receipt containing all the necessary information (including our registration numbers) to make your reimbursement as quick and easy as possible.

Direct Billing - We Handle Everything

For these providers, you'll need to contact your insurer first to request a pre-authorisation code. Once you have that, we can book your New Patient Exam and subsequent appointments (usually up to 6 initially). The best part? We'll bill your insurer directly - you don't need to do anything else!

Special Case - Vitality Health

Important: Please contact Vitality Health before booking your appointment. According to their terms and conditions: "Benefits for this treatment may not always be available. Where it is available, benefit will be limited, and in some circumstances, referral from a Consultant will be required. It is the policyholder's responsibility to ensure that treatment is pre-authorized."
