Due to the COVID-19 pandemic we are taking extra steps to protect patients. Please take a few moments to read the following information before booking an appointment.
COVID-19 Cases
If you are currently expriencing COVID-19 symptoms or are required to isolate or quarantine due to COVID-19, we cannot offer you a face-to-face consultation.
Alternatives to face-to-face appointments
Although we are taking all reasonable steps to reduce risk, screening potential COVID-19 cases and undertaking increased hygiene and distancing protocols, there may still be a risk of infection from face-to-face treatment.

Changes to the treatment area
Patients should be aware that a number of changes will be in effect to mitigate any Coronavirus-related risks. These include:
Pre-screening of patients as above
Enhanced hygiene protocols
Use of personal protective equipment (PPE). Practitioners will be wearing masks. We ask that patients consider wearing a face covering.
Please arrive no earlier than 5 minutes before your scheduled treatment time to minimise patient cross-over.
Hand sanitiser to be used on entering and exiting the treatment area.
The payment desk will be cashless in nature so please be aware of this and bring suitable payment if you have not paid online.
Additional Consent
Before each appointment we will ask you to sign an extra consent form declaring that you are not a confirmed or suspected COVID-19 case, and aware of the risks involved and happy to proceed with treatment.
Other considerations
Due to the measures outlined above, we may not always be able to answer your phone calls straight away. Online booking is available, or you can leave a message and we will return the call as soon as we can.
